Novyxera was engineered with ghost-mode privacy. No user databases exist. No login credentials are stored. No payment processing systems are integrated. You are a nameless signal passing through our grid, and that is exactly how we want it.

// Local Data Footprint

One localStorage flag. That is the entire data footprint Novyxera leaves on your device. It stores a boolean value confirming you have passed the age gate. No personal identifiers, no session tokens, no tracking data.

// Surveillance Status: None

Novyxera deploys zero surveillance tools. No analytics scripts, no ad trackers, no heatmaps, no session recordings, no fingerprinting. Your movements through the grid are completely unmonitored.

// External Connections

Font assets are loaded from Google Fonts CDN. This connection may expose standard HTTP metadata to Google's infrastructure. Consult Google's privacy documentation for their data handling specifications.

// Data Commerce: Null

Novyxera does not participate in data trading, advertising networks, or partnership data-sharing. Collection is near-zero; therefore, commerce is impossible.

// Minor Exclusion

Novyxera is age-gated to 18+. We do not knowingly allow or facilitate access by individuals below this threshold. No data from minors is collected.

// Version Control

This privacy protocol may be updated. New versions will be deployed to this endpoint with refreshed build dates.
